By purchasing from Podkawaii (podkawaii.com), you agree to these terms.

Digital products

All products sold on Podkawaii are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. After your payment clears, your download links appear immediately on the confirmation page and are also sent to your email.

Licensing

When you buy a product, you receive a license to use it — not ownership of the artwork itself. The exact license (personal or commercial use, and any limits) is stated on each product page. Unless a product page says otherwise:

You may use the designs in your own personal projects and in physical products you sell (e.g. shirts, mugs, stickers you make and sell).
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves — not for free and not for sale.
You may not claim the artwork as your own or register it as a trademark.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept PayPal and Stripe. Prices may change at any time, but the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Discount codes

Discount codes (such as KAWAII10) apply at checkout, cannot be combined unless stated, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual property

Every design on Podkawaii is original artwork created for this store. All rights not expressly granted remain with Podkawaii.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use our products or website for anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt the store, or to misrepresent our products as your own creations.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podkawaii is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products or website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
